2. Bookings and Payments
a. Customers must provide accurate details when making a booking.
b. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour or service.
c. Payment methods accepted will be Cash, UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.), Bank Transfer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific service booked.
b. Cancellations Due to Natural Calamities or Political Unrest: If a tour is canceled due to landslides, extreme weather, riots, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, a refund depending on the refund policy of the service or rescheduling will be offered where possible. However, Harry Tours & Trek is not responsible for additional costs incurred.
c. Company-Initiated Cancellations or Delays: Harry Tours & Trek needs to cancel or delay a service due to natural disasters, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances, we are not liable for any losses, additional costs, or inconveniences caused.
d. No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to appear for a booking, no refund will be provided. If payment has not been made in advance, the customer is liable to pay a certain fee as compensation for our loss.
e. Modification Requests: Changes to bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Liability & Responsibilities
a. Harry Tours & Trek provides both in-house transportation services and outsourced transport services. While we ensure the highest quality and safety standards, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
b. Customers are responsible for their own travel documents (passport, visa, permits, etc.).
c. We are not liable for loss of belongings, injury, illness, or other unforeseen incidents during the trip.
d. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Conduct & Compliance
a. Travelers must comply with local laws and respect cultural norms.
b. Any behavior that disrupts the tour or puts others at risk may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
6. Third-Party Services
a. Some services are provided by third-party vendors, and their terms and conditions apply.
b. We are not responsible for service failures, damages, or accidents caused by third parties.
