Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
For May, June and December, as early as you can; those are peak months and the better hotels and vehicles go first. Outside those, a couple of weeks is usually enough, and we can often arrange something at shorter notice.
What is included in a quote?
Quotes list inclusions explicitly. Vehicle hire covers fuel, tolls, parking and the driver allowance. Packages add accommodation and the listed activities. Monument entry tickets, ropeway fares and meals not stated are extra.
What happens if the weather turns?
Hill roads close for landslides and snow, and rivers close in peak monsoon. If a route becomes unsafe we reroute or reschedule and explain what changed. Safety decisions sit with the driver or guide on the ground.
Do you arrange trips for large groups?
Yes. School groups, corporate trips and extended families are a regular part of the work. Tell us the headcount and we will size the transport and accommodation to match.
How do I pay?
An advance confirms the booking and the balance is due as set out in your confirmation. Payment methods are listed when we send the quote.
